1 chicken, cut-up
Pressure cooker, 1/2 full of water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 to 1/4 c. vinegar
1 onion
1 garlic cloves
1 inch sq. ginger (don't cut up)
3 to 4 bay leaves
Put all ingredients into pressure cooker and cook until done, about 45 minutes. Might want to thicken gravy. Serve over rice.
